Delegation from Ministry of Interior review Civil Service Bureau’s laws and regulations

Based on the cooperation between the Civil Service Bureau and the Ministry of Interior, the Department of Human Resources Development at the CSB organized a briefing for MOI's Department of Personnel Affairs, during which they reviewed the latest developments regarding civil service law and regulations.

The Director of Human Resources Development Mr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Dawood stated that the meeting covered several topics including the mechanisms used in the promotions, bonuses, incentives and its requirements, as well as the procedures taken in the event of employee transfer or change of job title. He also said that the meeting clarified procedures carried out during the recruitment process and the follow-up mechanisms with the concerned authorities.

 

 

Mr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Dawood said that the meeting dealt with the mechanism of entering employee leave permits and the procedures for accompanying patients in the Kingdom of Bahrain leave. Furthermore, the meeting reviewed the human resources management system (Horizon), attendance and departure system, as well as the government quality system (G-Quality)

At the conclusion of the meeting, the delegation of the Ministry of Interior expressed its thanks and appreciation for the efforts of the Civil Service Bureau, and hoped for further cooperation in the near future.
