Civil Service Bureau (CSB) organized a training course in (leadership) for heads of  sections, which aimed to develop leadership skills and help them to make their best to achieve the Bureau goals, the Director General, Human Resources Development and Performance Management Mr. Adel Mohamed Haji Ibrahim conforms that  HE the President of CSB, Mr. Ahmed bin Zayed Al Zayed is always directs to the development of employees and to provide them with leadership skills for achieving goals and vision of the Bureau,  as it will reflect on improving government performance and increase productivity.
