Study and evaluation of requests for all kinds of promotions, appointments to senior positions, transfer, allocation and end of service for all Civil Service employees according to the Civil Service Law and Regulations, development of these Regulation in order to reach to justice, equality and equal opportunities and increase productivity among all employees.
