Managing the vision and mission of the Bureau and it’s strategic objectives, Prepare, review and update strategy and policies of human resources in Civil Service and supervise its implementation, develop initiatives, propose projects and examine the various dimensions of the laws, decrees and decisions, develop instructions and regulations of the Civil Service, provide legal advice to government entities in regards to the law, regulations, decisions and instructions of the Civil Service, provide technical and administrative proposals to senior management regarding human resources strategies.
