Planning the future needs for manpower requirements in government entities, put and develop strategies and programs for manpower planning and budget in the Civil Service, study of employees actions ,requests for acting, requests for allowances for government entities, study and analyze of  overtime,  put the manpower expenditure budget to government entities - under the umbrella of the Civil Service in coordination with the relevant directorate in the Bureau and the Ministry of Finance.
