Develop strategies and job evaluation programs to suit the nature and requirements of the labor market in the Kingdom of Bahrain, establish and develop qualifications standards for occupying jobs , planning and development of strategies for job classification standards, study and develop programs for evaluation of occupational series and organization structure for government entities - under the umbrella of the Civil Service Bureau.
