Provide a technical support and assistance to develop a comprehensive plan for training and development for Civil Service employees, review and develop policies, regulations, decisions and actions organizing the training process, review and study all requests for academic studies and requests for training inside and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain received from government entities, assessment of the return of the training, supports government entities for the rehabilitation of the right employees to prepare for the second row to occupy future senior positions.
