Improve the productivity of Civil Service Employees  through the improvement of Career discipline systems, review the disciplinary actions raised by the government entities, study requests for incentives and rewards, follow-up employees grievances, and the improvement of performance management programs and occupational safety to ensure high effectiveness, justice and equality.
