Promote a change of culture, explore the areas of communication and partnership with various government entities and related organizations, develop and implement media awareness plans in all media, prepare reports, news and responses. Also follow-up the minutes and meetings of the Shura and representatives councils and their respective committees with regard to the Civil Service, inform  the executives in Civil Service Bureau about the outcomes.
