الخدمة : طلبات الترشيح للمشاركة في الدورات التدريبية بديوان الخدمة المدينة
ب) تنفيذ الدورة التدريبية

Standard Working Days : 13 مدة إنجاز الخدمة ( أيام عمل ): 13

Service Definition:

 Ensure that all necessary arrangements and preparation are properly made to conduct in –house training program as per established training directory by CSB's training and development directorate

 

 

 :تعريف الخدمة

إعداد وتنفيذ الدورة أو البرنامج التدريبي حسب خطة البرامج والدورات التدريبية ضمن دليل الدورات التدريبية التي تنفذها إدارة التدريب بديوان الخدمة المدنية

Service Delivery Requirements:
  • Finalize training materials
  • Finalize list of approved participants
  • Assign appropriate Instructor
  • Deliver the program on time as per established directory
:متطلبات إنجاز الخدمة

  • إعداد حقيبة مواد ومواضيع الدورة .
  • حصر قائمة المرشحين.
  • تحديد المدرب المناسب لتنفيذ الدورة.
  • تنفيذ الدورة حسب الموعد والجدول الزمني.

Remarks:
  • Maintain attendance record
  • Inform ministries of any absenteeism
  • carry out program evaluation process

  • الحفاظ على سجل الحضور .
  • إخطار الوزارات المعنية بأي غياب
  • تقييم البرنامج
