Service Definition: Plan, and schedule the annual meetings with Training Coordinators in order to familiarize them with the administrative and procedural developments, and exchange views and discuss various matters related to Training Directorate proposals and issues of concern. To enhance existing communications with the Training Coordinators.		:تعريف الخدمة تخطيط وجدولة الاجتماعات السنوية مع جميع مسئولي ومنسقي التدريب بالوزارات والأجهزة الحكومية ، بغرض تعريفهم بالمستجدات الإدارية والإجرائية ، ومناقشتهم في الأنشطة التدريبية والمقترحات التي تبرزها الإدارة بغرض الاستماع لآرائهم ومناقشة مقترحاتهم ، وتعزيز سياسة الاتصال المستمر مع منسقي التدريب
Service Delivery Requirements: Schedule the meeting Establish the meeting agenda Inform all parties concerned Hold the meeting , prepare the minute and forward copy to all attendees		:متطلبات إنجاز الخدمة إعداد الجدول الزمني للاجتماع تحديد المواضيع وجدول الأعمال مخاطبة الجهات المعنية لدعوتها لحضور الاجتماع عقد الاجتماع, إعداد محضر الاجتماع وإرساله إلى جميع الحضور
