Service Definition:
Conduct a training needs survey to identify the actual training needs of the Government organizations and identify the cost.

:تعريف الخدمة
إجراء مسح للتعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية الفعلية للأجهزة الحكومية وتحديد تكاليف البرامج المطلوبة من قبل هذه الأجهزة

Service Delivery Requirements:
- Forward circular to all ministries inviting identification of their training needs
- Ministries fills in necessary forms, reflecting required training courses, inside / outside Bahrain etc.
- Discuss submitted needs with ministries to agree on final survey
|
:متطلبات إنجاز الخدمة
- إرسال تعميم للوزارات لدعوتها لتقديم مقترحاتها
- ملء استمارات الاحتياجات التدريبية مفصلة حسب نوع البرنامج داخل وخارج البحرين وبرامج قصيرة وطويلة وخلافها
- مناقشة الإحتياجات التدريبية المقدمة مع الوزارات للإتفاق على المسح النهائي

Remarks:
- Necessary data are entered into the computer as part of Horizon system.
- Survey is done every two years as per CSB rule No.801
|

- تتم عملية المسح كل سنتين حسب نظام الخدمة رقم 801
