Service Definition:

 Review a proposal for organization up to thirty positions. The nature of the review covers all aspects of organizational levels, manpower needs, productivity and classification of positions to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational development.

 

 

 :تعريف الخدمة

دراسة تنظيمية لمقترح إعادة تنظيم إدارة أو قسم أو مجموعة رئيسية أو استحداث وحدات تنظيمية جديدة تضم 30 وظيفة أو أقل، وتغطي طبيعة الدراسة المستويات التنظيمية واحتياجات القوى العاملة والإنتاجية وتصنيف الوظائف بهدف تحقيق الكفاءة والفاعلية في تطوير التنظيم

Service Delivery Requirements:

 1) Submission of a written request addressed to H.E. The Head of CSB.

2) Details of proposed organization chart.
3) Description of changes in the existing structure.

4) Objectives and advantages anticipated to be achieved from the proposed reorganization.
5) Functional statements at directorate and main sections level reflecting the development in the functions.

6) Updated position descriptions for all positions in the proposed chart.
7) The availability of necessary financial resources to support the proposed organization.

8) Statistics and any other workload information to support the proposed manpower.

9) Avoid exceeding 5% limit for the ministry based on CSB conditions .

بيان بالتغييرات والفروقات الرئيسية التي طرأت على الوضع التنظيمي (3
بيان بالأهداف والمزايا المتوخى تحقيقها من إعادة التنظيم (4
المهام الوظيفية على مستوى الإدارة والأقسام الرئيسية تعكس التطور في المهام (5
أوصاف وظيفية حديثة لجميع الوظائف على الهيكل المقترح (6
بيان بالتمويل المالي اللازم لرفع مستوى التنظيم (7
إحصاءات مناسبة وأية معلومات أخرى تدعم حجم القوى العاملة المقترح (8
عدم تجاوز نسبة الـ 5% للزيادة السنوية في عدد الوظائف المسموح بها لكل جهاز حكومي . (9
