| Service Definition: Review a proposal for large organization exceeding thirty positions. The nature of the review is comprehensive to cover all aspects of organizational levels, work environment, manpower needs, work methods and procedures and classification of positions to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational development. | :تعريف الخدمة دراسة تنظيمية لمقترح إعادة تنظيم كبير يتضمن اكثر من 30 وظيفة، وتكون طبيعة الدراسة شاملة بحيث تغطي جميع جوانب ومستويات وبيئة التنظيم واحتياجات القوى العاملة والإنتاجية وأساليب وإجراءات العمل وإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية بهدف تحقيق الكفاءة والفاعلية في تطوير التنظيم | ||||||||||||||||||||

Service Delivery Requirements:
1) Submission of a written request addressed to H.E. The Head of CSB.
2) Details of proposed organization chart.
4) Objectives and advantages anticipated to be achieved from the proposed reorganization.
6) Updated position descriptions for all positions in the proposed chart. 8) Statistics and any other workload information to support the proposed manpower. 9) Avoid exceeding 5% limit for the ministry based on CSB conditions . |

Remarks: - Preparation of final organization chart according to the study results and discussion with officials in the Government organization to be signed by the Minister and for final approval of the Head of CSB. |
