| Service Definition: A study to review policies, systems, procedures, methods and work environment aims at preparation and setting of new visions and objectives in order to improve service provided by the Government organization through description of service, simplify the procedure and work steps and set the guidance for implementation of the service. | :تعريف الخدمة دراسة لمراجعة سياسات وأنظمة وإجراءات وأساليب و بيئة ومحيط العمل تهدف إلى إعداد ووضع تصورات وأهداف ومعايير جديدة تساهم في تطوير الخدمة المقدمة من الجهاز الحكومي من خلال وصف الخدمة وتبسيط واختصار الإجراءات وخطوات العمل ووضع الضوابط الإرشادية لتنفيذ الخدمة | ||||||||||||||

Service Delivery Requirements:
1) Submission of a written request addressed to H.E. The Head of CSB. 2) Submission of current regulations and rules followed by the organization. 3) Description of visions and advantages expected to be achieved. 4) Submission of functional statement reflecting at the level of main sections. 5) Provide appropriate information related to work procedure. 6) Provide forms used in implementing work procedure. |
