SCOPE OF THE DEFINITION PHASE

The scope of the Definition Phase has been to document, at a high level, the existing system(s) used by CSB, and also to include the functions performed by other Ministries and identify their requirements for services provided by CSB.

The functional areas investigated were:

	Payroll (Salaries & Wages)
	Operation and Personnel Services
	Recruitment and Housing
	Training
	Organisation and Manpower
	Employee Relations
	Classification and Compensation
