GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS

The following Goals and Objectives have been identified by CSB’s Management:

Goals

Provide effective and timely Management Information to CSB’s Directorates and all Ministries
Ensure the accuracy, security and confidentiality of the information
Increase efficiency and effectiveness of service to the Ministries
Continue to provide the current level of service in respect of the payroll


Objectives

To have a replacement payroll system commissioned within two years
To have an integrated Human Resource system commissioned within 36 months
To have an accurate and common database, accessible by all users, available within six months of the commissioning of the new system
To reduce the number of paper-based documents by 20% within 30 months
To increase the accuracy of data captured to 95% within the next three years
To reduce the average transaction turn around time by 60% over the next three years
To continue to enable the Government to pay all employees on time and correctly every month
To ensure that data is up to date and integrated at all times
To provide easy to use ad-hoc reporting and management information tools within six months of commissioning of the system
