The following Goals and Objectives have been identified
by CSB’s Management:

To have an integrated Human Resource system commissioned within
36 months |

To have an accurate and common database, accessible by all
users, available within six months of the commissioning of the
new system |

To reduce the number of paper-based documents by 20% within
30 months |

To increase the accuracy of data captured to 95% within the
next three years |
|
|
To reduce the average transaction turn around time by 60%
over the next three years |

|
To continue to enable the Government to pay all employees
on time and correctly every month |

|
To ensure that data is up to date and integrated at all times |
|
|
To provide easy to use ad-hoc reporting and management information
tools within six months of commissioning of the system |
