Introduction

As we begin the new millennium, we have defined our Vision and Mission to guide us in our efforts to offer better services and quality products to our users, foster a healthy relationship with all directorate of administration & finance and continue to train, develop and motivate our staff to perform for the betterment of our society and country. We have established a personnel action manual to help our user communicate with us easily, and to address Enquirer and user complaints. We will continue introducing the best services, and setting high standards for ourselves. Our success has been built around the sincerity, integrity and dedication of our staff and management, functioning in professional manner.


Mission

Our mission is to assure that all related personnel services are performed and accomplished, for both internal and external clients, in the most efficient way at the highest level of quality. This will be accomplished by delivering all services in an orderly manner with a predetermined time frame that meets clients expectations.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute on reviewing developing and establishing regulations and rules related to personnel actions.
Prepare, audit and review salaries and overtime payments made to civil service employees.
Control in-coming personnel actions from ministries and government organizations to ensure compliance with civil service, law and regulations.
Maintain all data of salaries and auxiliary files for civil service employees.
Implement all requests for allowances and remunerations for civil service employees.
Review of final payment to expatriates leaving employment.
Review and implement payments made for study allowances and official attendance at conference/seminars.
Review different types of leave requests for civil service employees.
Prepare and review final accounts and remunerations paid, and allocate gross payment details to the concern authorities.
Renew and maintain civil service employees personnel files.
Explain the application of rules and regulations to officials from Ministries and government organizations.
Co-ordinate with Ministry officials, private organization and banks to facilitate remuneration of services to civil service employees.
Implement the process of personnel actions for civil service employees in the computer system.
