Recruitment Directorate
Provides leadership for the development and implementation of civil service-wide recruitment and expatriate employee housing management systems; also provides ongoing operational support to Government Ministries and Agencies.

Training & Development Directorate
Provides leadership for the development and implementation of civil service-wide training and development management systems; provides ongoing operational support to Government Ministries and Agencies.

Personnel Services Directorate
Provides support for the implementation of civil service-wide management systems which provide payroll, leave, employee benefits and personnel action services to Government Ministries and Agencies.

Management Information Systems Directorate
Provides expertise for the development and support of Civil Service computerized human resource management information systems; also responsible for the Government's computerized payroll system and the support of the Civil Service Bureau user community.

Organisation & Manpower Directorate
Provides leadership for the development and implementation of civil service-wide organisational structure reviews, manpower analysis and productivity improvement programmes and systems; provides ongoing support to Government Ministries and Agencies. This Directorate holds Position Descriptions for those positions referred to in Appendix 1 and elsewhere in this document as bearing responsibility within the Quality Assurance system.

Classification & Compensation Directorate
Provides leadership for the development and implementation of civil service-wide position classification and employee compensation programmes; also provides advice to Government Ministries and Agencies.

Employee Relations & Safty Directorate
Provides leadership for the development and implementation of civil service-wide employee relations and performance management systems; also provides ongoing operational support to Government Ministries and Agencies.

Quality Systems Directorate
Provides leadership and tactical direction for the development, implementation and maintenance of CSB's Quality Assurance System. Facilitates the continuous quality improvement of CSB Services. Promotes a culture of Quality throughout the Government, towards improved efficiency and effectiveness of government activities.

Human & Financial Resources
Provides support services for financial management and cost control, budget preparation, procurement of materials and CSB personnel administration.

Programme Co-ordination & Councils

Executive Management
Providing overall management and strategic planning for CSB in order to fulfill its principal objectives.

Providing leadership and tactical direction for Employee Relations & Safty, Organization & Manpower, and Classification & Compensation Directorates.

Providing leadership and tactical direction for Training & Development, Personnel Services, and Management Information Systems (MIS) Directorates.
