Mission

"To provide a 'state of the art' information technology system in order to achieve the main goals for the Civil Service Bureau by providing the highest quality of service and continuously improving the technical support both for directorates in the Civil Service Bureau and for the user communities of the other ministries who will have access to the CSB system."


Vision

Implement Business Continuity plan.
Improve CSB Network ( LAN ).
Improve the Human Resource ( HoRiSon) servers and increase the discoverer users for preparing reports.
Roll out the system to all ministries for the initial set of actions – Bank Authorization , Leaves, Overtime and shift and part time hours.
Implement workflow for the first set of CSB services – Quality step Increment , Training Request , Promotion and new appointement.
