In accordance with the Prime Minister's Resolution No. (19) for 1981 and the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Resolution No. (2) for 1981 regarding the application of the new grades and salaries schedules for civilian Government employees and workers.

The enclosure discusses the policy and procedures which should be applied in implementing the Academic Classification Plan and in applying the Academic Salary Schedule effective 1st October 1981.
