On 27th December, 1979. Resolution No.(2) for 1980 was issued regarding authorized absences and special leave which expanded the cases whereby leave can be authorized. Bereavement leave for 3 days is authorized upon the death of a relative up to the 4th degree.

This Circular defines the degrees of relationship for the knowledge of supervisors and those working in Personnel Affairs of the Ministries.

1st Degree:
