Their Excellencies the Ministers:

1. The Civil Service Bureau will continue to notify the Ministries with the names of employees and dates due for retirement in the following. year and, will also notify employee concerned through their Ministries at least three months earlier, the Ministries concerned should submit retirement papers to CSB to process their final settlements. Special provisions will be observed such as permitting teachers and those similar to complete the school year.

2. Employee serving on extensions before the issue of this circular, will have their final settlement processed at the end of their current extension period.

3. Employees whom their requests for extension are held either in the Ministries or in CSB before the issue of this circular will continue on work for a period not exceeding three months from the issue date of this circular.
