Subject: ACTING ALLOWANCE
Their Excellencies the Ministers:
Transmitted herewith is the Civil Service Regulation that consolidates the instruction concerning eligibility for an Acting Allowance and procedures to be followed, It replaces the circulars, letters and office instructions that had been issued in the past.
The eligibility requirements are not changed, but are now in one document rather than several resulting in more efficient program administration.
This regulation is effective on the date of issuance.
