Subject: Granting employees who are
referred to early retirement step
increments for the years added
to their actual service

Their Excellencies the Ministers:

Transmitted herewith is the Civil Service Regulation to implement the provisions of Resolution No. 18 for 1992 of H.H The Prime Minister, Chairman of The Civil Service Council regarding granting the employees who are referred to early retirement step increments for the years added to their actual service.

Granting step increments for the added years to the services of the employee referred to early retirement results in raising the employee’s salary and increased pensions and final settlement benefits.

Ministries should apply the provisions of this Regulation and should take action to assure that all eligible employees are aware of this added benefit.

This Regulation is effective 30 September 1992
