Subject: Employee Performance Appraisal
Their Excellencies the Ministers.
The regulation is a revision of and replaces Civil Service Regulation 410 , Employee Performance Appraisal dated 15th January, 1981 in its entirety.
The principal changes reflected in the issuance are: the introduction of “Good rating to the overall performance rating and the establishment of new criteria far determining the overall performance rating for all employees appraised under the system.
This regulation is effective 1st March 1992.
