Subject: Overtime and Shift Differential, CSR 620
Their Excellencies the Ministers:
Transmitted herewith is regulation concerning overtime and shift differential which includes detailed instructions that conform with 5 day work week.
Ministries continue to be responsible for eliminating unnecessary overtime and keeping overtime payments to a minimum by effective organization and scheduling of work.
Ministries also continue to apply the criteria for overtime compensation and shift differential used at present. Any provision contradicting this regulation is hereby cancelled.
