Their Excellencies the Ministers.
In implementing Resolution No. (4) for 1983 by H.E. the Prime Minister & Chairman of Civil Service Council regarding "Suckling Leave" for the female employees working in the government.
Insert the attachment page 2,a in your copies of the Regulation No. 603 issued on 27 December 1979, regarding "Authorized Absence & Special Leaves". The new paragraph described on the attached page "Suckling Leave" will be added to the type of the authorized absences & special leaves approved in the mentioned Regulation.
