Mission:

Our mission is focused on the development of policies and standards for the position classification and compensation programs in order to achieve excellence and seek the satisfaction of the internal and external customers.

We will achieve this by:

Ensuring that all policies and standards are placed such that each acts as a part of a whole to eventually achieve a state of equilibrium.
Ensuring that every positions in the government will be properly classified with competitive pay and other remuneration.
Ensuring that government positions are comparable to those in the private sector and international standards.

The Directorate and its employees will do everything possible to achieve excellence with respect to the efficiency and quality of the work done. This in turn will result in the creation of a dynamic standards system that ensures employee satisfaction within the scope of the government's guidelines.
